How It Works
Get Your Medical Marijuana Card
Apply for your Ohio MMJ card in 4 easy steps.
Simply complete the online form with your basic information, and our doctor will evaluate it for a 420 evaluation. According to HIPAA regulations, our platform protects all of your data.
Following form submission, you will be scheduled for a consultation with our doctor via video or audio call. You can ask our licensed physician any questions you may have about medical marijuana.
Our doctor will submit your information to the Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program Patient and Caregiver Registry once he has given his approval. Within three days, the state will send you an email with instructions on how to finish the process.
The state will email you your Ohio medical marijuana card after you pay the $50 registration fee. You can purchase marijuana products from state-licensed dispensaries using this copy of the MMJ card, which you can download.
